Got it today. I know, not exactly practical but that's the point.
I want to replace the test pipe with a highflow cat to get rid of
the CEL. So, I decided to mess around with this thing as well.
Anyone know where I can get this installed or anyone want to
tackle this that has a welder? If I had the tools I'd do it
myself.

Update - I just finished wiring the switch. Blew a damn fuse.

I want to try and find a shop that will weld this sucker while I wait.
I'll take the DP off and the test pipe and measure what I need to cut.
Hell, I may go get a hacksaw and knock that shit out myself or find
someone that can cut it. I want to get this done in day. Not leave
my car somehwere to get it done.

I'm going to try the PVC High Temperature Gasket Maker for the
whistle leaking problem and see what happens. I'm not sure how to
do it but I'll figure it out.

There is a switch you mount in the car that activates the valve electronically. It cost roughly $190.00.

that's not bad at all if you can just bolt it up to a stock exhaust, i see why people go with these now. thanks steve :thumb

There's gotta be some kind of silicon spray that you can spray all over the valve to prevent soot from sticking.

you could use mopar combus. cleaner to clean it, same stuff used for the throttle body, but of course this would entail you crawling under your car to clean it every ounce and a while.

I don't mind that every once in a while.

Finished wiring the switch last night. Pretty smooth where I put it. Since I removed the IC sprayer tank I didn't need
the switch but had to use the switch to secure the new one, complicated without pics but I'm getting some soon. I
had to use the base of the switch so I gutted the sprayer switch, drilled a hole in it, and secured the new toggle
switch in the old sprayer switch. Sounds stupid, yes, but with pictures you will see.
Hell, you may think it was stupid anyways. :p

Got some shitty pics. Seats look purple. :rolleyes but you get the idea.

Old switch is stationary of course.

Got the cutout installed. Man is that thing loud. Works perfectly except for a little leakage from the butterfly valve. Not too bad though. Gonna use the hi-temp gasket maker and see if that fixes it. I have to replace the clamps though. Not as tight a clamping as I would liked.
