stupid a$$ clear coat.

is the clear coat cracking and lifting a common problem? i know some automakers had problems during the 80s. i've got nice hazy white spots where it's doing this, outside of wet sanding and re-clearing i can't think of any solution other than a complete re-paint.

to the best of my knowledge you will have to wet sand and recoat or option b repaint whole piece if yu want. Im not too sure but I dont think theres an "easy fix" for it...other than vinyl and decals lol. any other auto body followers got advice?
