Does anyone know where I can go to get my Catalytic Converter taken off? I know its illegal and i know you might think its stupid but i want it done. Any information on where i can get it done would be very helpful. thanks -Dan

My stock catalytic converter was bolt up on both ends. I just looked at it to confirm. Is this only true for GST/GSX models?

use a ratchet? Maybe a torch that can be bought at any quality home improvement store?

dont take your cat off your nt car its not worth it.. you wont have enough backpressure and it will sound ungodly like a honda.

No. NTs have bolt-up cats as well.

theres no performance gain from it, if you want it louder than do it if you want performance you will have to buy a good full exhaust and then your car starts becoming go instead of show at which point you will realize you cant make your nt fast and then, will want a turbo dsm.:beer

Yeah for this car I want Show and not Go because its a N/T as you said. Some day I will be getting another car (2g gsx hopefully) and that car will be for Go.
