new dyno numbers

made 450hp to the wheels and 352lbs torque.
25lbs with about 17 degrees of timing.
110 octane.. car still feels like it has more in it for sure turn the boost up to 28lbs and it could be a 500hp car.

I don't think that would get a 2g into the 130mph range. I agree with critter about the low HP for the boost if that's really a GT35r compressor. Needs some work I guess.

the number are pretty low i will agree, I personally think and so does cory that the rings arent sealing properly. I have a some blowby alot of black smoke also that is at a 11.1afr. The turbo also is making a whistling noise almost I wonder if the wheel is off center a tad.

I don't have the graph we never printed one out. call cory at slomo and you can ask him. the tune was still conservative. we could have made over 500 still on 25lbs with just more tuning with cam gears and also ignition timing. That was my goal with the car so i stopped. Anyways 450-500 no differnce still spinning.

marc what turbo are you going to run to get 450 on pump gas?

i have the conservative pump gas run on video. 350 hp on 18 or 19 psi with 22 deg of advanced timing.

Is this some of the old stuff that you bought off of Jimmy Dean's old car? If so that 3065 that he had on his car did the same thing you discribe, somekind of screaching sound underboost?

272exhaust and 265 intake mike. we had the intake advanced 2 degrees and the exhaust retarded 1.

Yes, it is jimmy's old turbo. I have beentrying to reach him but can't ever. The sound is like you described not sure if it hurts the sppol up or not or the turbo itself.. like I said this year will hopefully be alright to keep it on, next year I plan to change to something else.

Scared, no. Waiting to see what happens with turbo, Might change to a fp 3575 that way I can keep my wastgate and 02 housing from fp. C16 I am saving for either a event or the shootout.. We need to make a track date bump for this event.:beer
