I've heard it takes quite a bit to get the systems installed/calibrated, so I don't think they'll be ready anytime soon-- but big ups to a AWD dyno-- my buddy had to take his to payn upin michigan to have his subie tuned.

Good question. Are the AWD dynos capable of doing FWD or RWD cars? Anyone know?

Does this start the countdown clock for when they go out of business? (Like some other un-named shop)

Judging by their presence at the car show and how much mark has dropped into his evo i'm guessing they are doing ok. this should only make things better for them if they can pay that bill. Its a good move imo.

chad u do have a good point but think about this -- FFI had a big presence at the same car show last year (i believe thats when it was), and the shootout the first year i went, and other car shows -- tony spent all kinds of money on his 300z -- and they had a dyno -- im not saying u are wrong, but dont think just because they appear to have a lot of money that they do -- nothing against quantum, i hope they do things right and dont go out of business like FFI did -- but there is a lot of things that happend at FFI that nobody knows about and thats part of the reason they arent around anymore

mostly it was because of bad business. Tony was no business man, Im confident even he would admit that. His customer service was lacking to say the least and innovation is the only way youre going to make money in the game anymore. Combine that with the fact that a pillar of the business was parts sales of which they could not compete with interweb vendors.

this is true, there are other variables in the downfall of them -- but you hit the nail on the head when u said he wasnt a business man
