You guys will be watching the wind blow across the track if we don't get some more cars signed up. The response for all Ohio track rentals this spring has been very pathetic.

Due to the lack of participation, we are going to attempt to make up some money by charging spectator fees. Remember... if there is no event, there is nothing to watch.
$20 to support racers and watch history in the making.

Odd = seeing DSMARC at the track and not seeing his name on the pay list.
Thanks for everyone else that DID pay. Your support is appreciated and this event would not have happened without your payments. I hope you guys had a great time.

You sir, are a low class piece of crap with not one ounce of credibility.
More than once, you asked and I specifically replied that there was a mandatory $20 spectator fee. I don't foot the bill to make a track day happen for idiots like you to come and watch for free. I don't put $500 of my money on the line, to entertain cheap dick weeds like you that want to watch other cars race and offer zero intrinsic value to the event.
It is not our responsibilty to babysit kid fucks like you that randomly stroll in hours after a start. EVERY last person that showed up, came up to Mike/Teresa/Ken/myself to pay for the rental or the spectating fee. I didn't come up to you myself because I was busy working on my car and racing AND I gave you the benefit of the doubt on paying.
Next time, save youself the trip. Because you are not invited as a participant or a spectator.

Ha alright.
BTW i didnt stroll in hours after i got there at about 1245 or so..maybe a bit later.
IF you would like i can pay ya for the hour or so i was there...
i find it entertaining that you people are flipping out about it though
and if i remember right....
Ken was going to track the bitch down and smack him/her...if he woulda been abl to do that im sure he coulda asked for money just as easily..

What kind of person drives 2hrs away to a track rental, doesn't bring anything to race, and only stays an hour? I'd guess they'd have to be a huuuuge moron, but that's just me speculating.

I'm glad you find it "entertaining". You obviously have no idea how stressful it is to run, troubleshoot, and keep together a volatile, high hp car (let alone two of them now). Do you really think the most important thing we have to do while tearing our hair out is pay attention to every person who strolls into a private track rental to get their money?
You may think its petty but its a matter of principle and maturity dude. It was a private rental and we set the rules due to a lack of participation. Do you think the racers who donated up to $100, and broke their cars before you even got there, appreciate the fact that you didn't play by the rules? It was our hope to collect enough spectator fees to recoup money so that we could pay back these people. Obviously, your $20 wouldn't have made a significant difference but it is a matter of principle.
The bottom line is that you showed up to make a point, when none of us had time to deal with you. You probably could care less but I have 0 respect for you.

i wasnt going to mention it for the simple fact it would have not been belived, but like i said to others both at the track and after i had 40$ in hand to hand you mike C....critter and i had a discussion a few days back and he talked me into paying some extra as well. Not getting paind in 4 weeks at work it was hard to dish out 40$ even though its such a small amount..but i had it in hand due to the simple fact that this club has helped me out for years about 6 to be exact..i was planning on calling you tomorrow because at the time i had to leave was not really on my own call something came up i had to get to and i looked over to you and you simply looked busy so thinking you lived close i could of easily brought you the mulah tomorrow..But instead of someone PMing me calling me or any other way shit pops up on here before i had a chance to PM you because of conclusins you all jumpped too...so i suppose ill keep the money for better things i can spend it on
trust me im not the kinda person to bail the fuck out if i owe someone money( as you should know mike mainly from the hood group buy)..This though maybe a exception for me..so ill take it upon myself to not worry about coming to any of the track days anyhow..its ok.

i know it has nothing to do with me, but its like going to a funeral procession, just for the food and to see friends who are mourning-- w/out paying respect to the family thats having it. Just the principle of it.

i've talked to marc and he had to get out of there very quickly due to an immediate emergency. yes, he prolly should've found you guys right off the bat and paid, but i also agree that bringing this onto the general forum is complete bullshit. i like you all, but that was a bad move. it is a personal matter that should've been taken care of in pm's and then if nothing happend, brought to public arenas.

Trader rating aside,
I know for a fact everyone on here knew there was a fee associated with attending. You even posted at one point that $20 was too much money and that you wouldn't be there. Now, after the fact, at first you say that you would have paid, and as of now (if I'm correct) you're saying you wouldn't "waste" your money. I know if I hadn't paid and showed, paying would have been my first priority.
On a better note, I do want to thank everyone involved in putting the event on. Although I didn't make it, it did encourage me to make some progress on the car. It will definitely make it out to the SO. BTW, congrats everyone on their times, and the Colt just keeps getting faster and faster. Congrats.
