Im going to need 1 or 2 roomates at my polaris condo. This will either start sept 1st or oct 1st.Depending on when all the finalization with my ex goes . The place is a 3br 1 1/2 baths 1/2 finished basement garage nice size patio. More than likely ill stay in the basement It has the half bath. But things can be worked out. No pets because i have enough already . The rent will be between 4 and 500. Have cable and high speed internet and anything else you can think of. Its a nice area never had any probs.
