I just saw this at gnc the other week and thought I'd give it a try. I was hopeing this would be similar to Ultimate orange, but unfortunately this does not have the same kick. Just watned to see if any body else had better luck with it. And I think the new ultimate orange is coming out soon, something to fall back on. Also is there something else you would recommend?

If you're wanting energy to work out on, take creatine. All of that energy booster stuff is really hard on your heart. Especially when it has ephedra in it. Also, anything that says ephedra free, just has a derivative of ephedra in its place.

Well, what happens as far as your kidneys go....
If you are just taking creatine for energy and not actually working out, your body has to work overtime to burn it off. Creatine is actually in your body naturally, but when you have to much of it, ie a supplement, your body cant handle it. Basically, when you dont work out, your kidneys are overworked and there is a high correlation between kidney disease/failure and creatine MIS-usage. However, correlation does not equal causation. The taste is horrible yes, it makes your breath smell literally like dog shit yes, however some places have a tablet/capsule form you can take. It still makes your breath stink. Also, on a side note, since it more or less modifies your body chemistry, you also need to be careful about depression. My brother plays football and hes hardcore about it. He had a physical here recently and he disclosed that he was taking creatine, the prescribed him Wellbutrin to be safe. Its asome rough shit but it works. Its also being called, Legal Steroids. Hope that is kind of informative...I payed attention during football lectures

The problem is that youre getting your information from football lectures and not from published medical resources.
Creatine has little to do with "giving you energy" and even less to do with Steroids. On a very basic level, creatine (in theory) increases intracellular water retention which hopefully stimulates protein synthesis through a change in the nitrogen balance thereby increasing protein synthesis and decreasing protein breakdown. There is no initial rush or energy increase when taking the supplement.
As far as being paralleled to a steroid, you have to be joking. Anabolics, again very generally, cause dramatic increases in testosterone levels which creatine has no effect on.
Lethal amounts of anything can kill you, It would take more creatine that you any of you are willing to consume to cause any kind of kidney damage.
Dont believe the hype.

Good stuff... On the side note, I figured it out. You actually have to be working out for it to work! (the dark beer slogan goes here) This stuff still tastes absolutely sick, and I thought ultimate orange tasted bad... But it seemed to work allright for it's intended purpose.

Not a pharmacy student anymore...
Didn't take all that from football lectures
Never said they were like legal steroids, said that's what they were being called. And I am not kidding, our coach called it that, and apparently he still is because thats what my brother calls it to.
I didn't mean it like that, sorry for the confusion. But I guess I'm the one that sounded like an idiot.
I agree, its all hype. :beer
BTW, fuck pharmacy school. I switched to business hahahaha

You people are all fucking stupid if you choose to ingest products like this. Maybe you need to rethink your whole hobby. It is fitting that it makes your breath smell like crap because it is.
If you destroy your body, does GNC sell new ones at their store?
Please STOP doing business with GNC.
