A buddy of mine just put down 443whp on his 3k on STOCK turbos and pump gas.
I'm sure that much power can go bottom 12's pretty easily.
His DSM makes mid 630whp and goes 139mph up top.

well he claimed it made 350awhp and weighs in at around 3700-3800lbs. and with mph of only 109.......sketchy

I dont know where you got your info at but theres not many shops running high elevens on a 14b. 12's on a 14b and on a stock 3000gt turbo's are totally different have you ever seen the size of the 3k turbo's they dont make that much power. oh and 443hp with 4000 pound car might se 12's as long as ips isnt driving it.:D

Went 12.6 there-looks about right. (unless you can provide evidence of the 11.x run.)

Sorry I got this all mixed up.
Car is running a pair of 13g's, and 91 octane.
Motor is a 3.5l block out of a montero, with pauters and weiseco's. Extra displacement from bore + stroke.
Only mod to run it is a custom fabbed oil pan, and a slight alternator hack.

Yes, its Justins car. No, it doesnt run 11s. He *might* have added nitrous to it at some point toward the end of the summer but dont quote me on that. The quickest 9b car to date ran 11.7 - 11.8 with a 75-shot and just bolt-ons.
The mid 12s hes claiming is completely believable as are the traps. There are many many low low 12 sec cars that have trapped 107-111 on stock 9bs and just boost. The fuel aspect is kind of a moot point as the turbos are so tiny that running more than 15psi doesnt net any real power gains anyway. They fall flat on their face at 5500rpm.
The stock turbos SUCK. The EVO3 turbo kits we build typically net 500ish awhp on pump gas and have made 660+awhp on good gas and 30psi. Very very nice set-up and actually gives the car some nice top-end and they are still fully spooled by 4k.

Right now its 9.66 @ 139 in a stripped out auto car running twin GT35Rs. Matt @ Dynamic stripped the living hell out of one of his cars (race weight 2800 Lbs) and went 9.7 @ 151 -- that is the current trap record. That car didnt make any more power than it did in his full weight car that ran high 10s, all just weight loss.
We have gone 10.7 @ 141 in our customers GT42 Stealth and that is the current world record holder for trap speed in a full-weight car. Jeremy (cars owner) was just getting the hang of launching it at the last track day so the tenths should really start falling off his ET this year to make it the worlds quickest/fastest full weight car. So far its been proven to be amazingly reliable so hopefully that continues next year.

So are we adding our best ETs and traps into 1 collective pass now? I guess I should update my personal best to 10.48 @ 141mph. :beer

I think the 10.7 pass was a 137 or 138 trap -- I dont remember. I didnt go back to watch the vids again so I was just generalizing since AAMs 10.7 Stealth was mentioned. Jeremys car has trapped 141 twice in 8 passes thus far though :)

Its fiberglass actually -- obviously not stock. We weighed the car over the summer and again, I dont have the number right in front of me, but I want to say it was right around 3600 Lbs w/o a driver and with less than 1/8 tank of gas.

The fact that there's hardly any of those cars that go fast makes the car really impressive and I wasn't trying to start anything. I would have just phrased things a little more carefully. Things like "full weight" and adding the car's best ET and best trap into 1 announced pass are just usually hot buttons with drag racers.
Again, I think the car is great and look forward to seeing its times improve. Will it ever be the quickest white Mitsu in Columbus though? Doubtful...:beer

Nope. Not with you and Phil around :P Except who knows what color Phils car will be in a few months ;)
I am sorry if I chose my words poorly. "Full Weight" didnt ever mean stock. I simply meant not sub 3000 Lbs like the 2 cars currently trapping higher than it. Matt @ DR dropped more than a full second and gained over 17mph by dropping close to 900 Lbs off his "Full weight" car. Was his stock before? Of course not. Everyone (including me) agreed it was considered a "Full Weight" street car. It too had Volk Wheels and a CF driveshaft and Aluminum flywheel and many lighter parts but it wasnt a stripped-out shell. Same with Ray Ps car. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE considers it a full-weight car and it has MANY MANY lighter a/m parts on it. Its just because its still heavy as hell lol.
Jeremys car is a solid 700-800Lbs heavier than both Matts "Drag" car and 3SXs full-blown race car. If anything else was implied it was unintentional.

1.) Phil's car wasn't white.
2.) My car likely won't be going down the track next year.
3.) There will be another white Mitsu taking names this season.
