MY next door neighbor was drunk and. decided to come outside and start shooting his shot gun last night at strike of midnight. yeah a lot of people do that but he was shooting at our house where we were having a party(60 people a couple babies, just a nice family party) so we ask him to stop .
his response was fuck you and started to shot at us and my house . in the process he hit my cousin with a ricochet and shot my car. but a friend of my ended up pepper spaying him and calling the cops. he got charged with agg. assault , agg menacing discharging a weapon in city limits , resisting arrest .
if anyone knows anything about the law and how i can get my car fix please let me know. but the only good thing i have to say is my car saved my cousin's life . The DSM took one for the team.

that really sucks man. if you can prove that he was intoxicated when discharging the weapon that is extra fuel to your fire. just holding a firearm while intoxicated in the least bit is a felony.

i had 3-4k (@ least) rounds going off where i live (from 11:45pm till about 3am) it was a mix of ak47's, 9mm, etc and i was waiting inside my crib w/ Two .45's and a 12g shot gun and like 1000+ rounds of ammo.... just waiting for some dumb ass to try something.

glad no-one was killed, sorry about your car.. and i would go after that asshole, i'm pretty sure thats a couple felony's.. i'll see what i can find for you... bc i know alot has changed once the CCW law went into effect. i assume he was cought w/ gun in his possesion? if so i wonder if they checked to see if he had GSR on him bc if so that would help your case alot.. what ever i find i'll post

Several different things here including some law... but it changes so much i would double check.

i know w/ my CCW if someone see's my gun when i'm packing it i can get arested for inducing panic (and probably some other things), i wouldn't "show" all your cards yet or say anything to the ppl involved. contact a lawyer (even the free ones) they will know the law better...but he should have several more charges against him other then the 3 you listed, damaging personal property, inducing panic. assult w/ deadly weapon, to name a few..
