forgot to grease the throw-out bearing?

Who rebuilt the tranny? I hope it was John Shepherd.

I sure hope you were using premium gas in that turbocharged car the entire time you drove it.

You should measure the endplay on the crank. It's like cancer. You need regular checkups to make sure you don't have it.

DSM's are indeed junk. Especially 2g's. What we have here sounds like a clutch disengagement problem which is a result of CW, or poor hydraulics and or adjustment that has fubared your synchros.

there is a reason why i wont buy another one, 2 is plenty -- beautiful cars, yes, pain in the royal ass, definately -- u have to have 3 things to own a dsm...
1. money
2. time
3. patience

i aint rich, i do have some time but i sure as hell dont have any patience, thats why there will be no more dsm for myself... just my .02
