How do i get this biss screw repalced. i just bought a new one, and when i went outside to replace the old one, its wouldnt screw all the way out. How do i get it out to replace it.

You may want to try a magnet. If that doesn't work...maybe a small screwdriver.

Just have to "fidget" with it for a bit.

Use a small small pair of needle noise to stick and and spread out to help pull it up... If you arent going to use it again... put a small dab of JB weld ontop the old one, stick a screw to it and wait an hour.. and yank it rite out :)

does the o-ring go on the actual screw, or does it go on the TB?

on the screw....should be a groove in wher it fits..

I went to a local shop in toledo that specializes in dsms, so i could borrow some tools and they said the biss screw cant come out, and that i would need to take out the throttle body to get to it. Is this true?

Im telling you.. if your going to replace it.. DAB some JB weld on the top and stick a screw to it.. It will pull rite out man.
