My friends shop, Profound Evolutions, now has the equipment to sandblast and powdercoat. We can do anything that will fit into a 'normal size' conventional style oven. This includes but is not limited to Wheels and Valve Covers.
The cost will be $40 per Wheel or Valve Cover. For smaller items we can discuss the price.
This includes Complete sandblasting and Powdercoating in the color of your choice.
We currently have Gloss Black, Red, Bronze, and Lime-Green. We can order any color you would want, almost every color is available.
I will try to post a photo of a valve cover later this week.
Please PM me if you are interested.

Out of curiosity, how are you getting the sand, glass bead, etc. out of the valve cover baffles?

We clean them with a hose, soap and water, and compressed air.
I assure you it works great, but if you were worried I could tape up the entire valve cover for the sandblasting and powdercoating process. We have a durable high-temp tape that can be used in the oven. Then no sand would ever touch the inside of your cover.

$160 (40per wheel), But I don't think the 17's will fit in our oven. The oven we currently have is 22"-17"-12". 16's is the largest we can do until we get a new oven.
