1988 cutlass color : orange w/ 2 white stripes going through the center. and temp tags...

if n e on see this car please let me know either here or by PM..

this dumb ass kid came to my shop monday (my day off) got about $1000 worth of stuff :cuss . when he came to pick it up his car... from what i was told didn't come in the shop used a second set of keys and started his car and took off.. :cuss i would love to get the stuff back.... his car probably will stick out like a sore thumb.... so i figure i would post something here it's bound to turn up sooner or later...

i would love to know where he works/lives/ or hang's out.

What kind of shop are we talking about. Do you have reciepts? And what was it he took?

Just report the tags and the VIN number of the car to the police. You certainly would have written that little bit of information down.

The last time I had any alarm or stereo install done, I had to pay upfront.

are the 88 cutlasses the rounded body style?

this cutalss didnt have some nasty tri-star rims on it did it?

I ask because a car much like this used to belong to the guy who broke into my wife's car about a year ago.

we gave what we had to the police..and normal responce from them...they prety much don't care...

the car had temp tag's.... he gave false info on the work order.. but we gave to the cops what we had including serial numbers etc for the equipment....

btw i work @ a stereo shop...

damn that sucks.
its people like that who piss me off. i mean any other normal person who would of had the work done would of been payin all that money. then you got that guy who just takes it all and has great amounts of labor done by you guys
you can be sure i have my eyes open for him

is this like a burnt orange...and does it have dual exhaust...like the dtm like kind...if so i see it on sawmill rd daily

You can put a lien on the car for non payment of services rendered. I can't believe the cops didn't care, they always care when I speed. You should be able to run the temp tag back to the dealer that sold the car and then find out his info from there. I'm sure they would help!

i just asked my guy's who were here again ..he can't remember if it had dual exhaust...but it was the old "box" body style so it must be older than a 1988 like i was told....and the guy who droped it off and took it was a black male about 6ft tall weighing about 180 or so...maybe that helps...
