Well my my passenger side rear wheel is starting to squeek...so im figuring its my brake pad.. pull it of and look and no its fine. so i just spin the rotor with my hand and it moves freely like half a rotation then it gets real hard to turn but then its easy after that one point.. so my conclusion os that my rotor is warped... who is with me?

First, make sure the emergency brake is not on....then take the caliper off and try that spinning again....if it still does that then maybe it is your wheel bearing or could be your drum brakes...take off the rotor and spin the hub...if it still does it then it is most likely the bearings. Are these original rear rotors? I've already replaced mine like 3 years ago.

no way can it be the wheel bearings replaced those when i got the car... no rear drums they only came on the 97 and up talons.... i had the e brake off thats the only way it would spin like that but mabey it is still kinda enguaged... my ebrake makes some noise when i put it down i have to yank the ish outta it to get it to work...hmmmmm stock rotors have had many races on them.. also thinking i should get them turned... i would love to buy new ones but damn school is sucking up all my valuable time... i cant do n e thing n e more... ahhhhhh im over on my oil change cus i HAVE NO TIME OR MONEY sorry im ranting got skool at 9 am

no drum brakes???? maybe NT's are different but my 95 Eclipse GST has drum brakes on the rear as well as disc brakes...the rotor is a combo disc/drum brake with the drum part being the emergency brake.
