1. A Mitsubishi Dealerhip: a buck a piece....OUCH!
2. In a 120-piece kit from JCWhitney for 20 bucks. It will give you a bunch of useless washers plus a bunch of ones that will fit on a a DSM. They are slightly thicker.

4. Update 5/2/2007: Advance Auto finally started carrying these in the HELP! Section where you normally find window cranks, bushings, reflectors, and crap like that.
