u can try using the t-bolt clamps. they are supposed to be heavy duty and they might do the job for ya :thumb

I know what it's like when they come off. Once I was on I-95 (philly), there was just enough room for the car to be off of the highway. I had to lay on the ground with my head about a foot from the white line. The cars were just whizzing by head. :cuss

In areas like that, I use a longer piece of hose and put two clamps on each side. That seems to work on my aluminum pipes.

Do the pipes on the IC have beads on them? If not, then you are screwed. I am using regular cheap rusted hose-clamps from KMart and they are holding my 19 PSI with peaks to 22-23 PSI just fine and dandy.

If they do have beads then my next question is: Do you have an adjustable Blow-off valve like the Greddy Type-S? If so, then you probably do not have it adjusted correctly. You are getting serious backpressure when the throttle plate closes.

You can either: 1) have someone weld a "bead" on it or 2) have someone use a beading tool to press a bead into it.

Don't know who or where this could be done.

Having a bead will definitely save the day.

Take a pair of pliers and bend the edge of the pipe out. Then two clamps to hold it on. Place them both as close as possible to the edge of the pipe.

You could also form a bead with jb weld or a similar product. it should work fine. -Tristan

hairspray is my secret. Although putting a bead around will also help. The only pipe on mine that comes off is one that I didn't put hairspray on.
