a few weeks back while Sam and I were tuning with a logger my low fuel trims were something like 133%.....i wasnt getting above 5 counts of knock till around 5500rpm and when I did it pulled timing like it should......is the 133% because i'm maxing out the stock injectors? or is something else wrong that i'm not seeing....i know it doesnt help that you cant see the logs...but my main concern is having enough fuel to keep the egts down and not melt my engine again

The fuel trim number doesn't have anything to do with your car at WOT. Its an indication of your fuel trim during closed loop operation. You need to adjust the low throttle setting on your AFC.

did someone say t00ning?

For more help, i'd post up your SAFC low and high (for my curiosity) tables and your pertinent mods. My assumption is that you have a similar setup to mine :stock 14b, running at about 17 psi, with an exhaust and a fuel pump. I used to log often, but i grew tired, and my AFC seemed more and more useless on pump gas. Mostly zeroes..... mostly.

The only correction i have done to the low table is adding fuel at the 1K-2K range so my idle is smoother with the hacked MAS.

mods: 3" exhaust turbo back, hks uicp, 14b, safc, pump re-wire, boost usually creeps to 15psi......i have a mbc but i didnt have it hooked up for fear of major creep and blown pistons again.......next meet or get together i'll show someone....i had it set up per RRE's instructions...thanks for the replies

what boost level are you trying to achieve if it's creeping to 15 pounds? maybe some porting is in order to reduce creep.

for everyday drinking and driving and what you have done...you probalby don't need that AFC at all or it should just be mostly zero'd out, at least it is on my car... mostly

You have an AFC that you don't need. You won't need it until you need to compensate for larger injectors. You're not going to see any gains from fine tuning on a pump gas, stock turbo, stock injector, stock MAF car. Turn up your boost until it starts to knock, then turn the boost back down a little. That's about all you can, and need to do.
