what kind of shop space are you looking for?..personal use, or would you like to open your own business type shop? i know of a place here in delaware that is up for grabs, its called custom concepts. he's in debt and needs out. all he's asking for the shop and everything that he still has is that you pay off his debt.. i believe a few grand but dont quote me. lemme know if you interested...oh, he can get PTE stuff at wholesale

Are you talking about the place over off of Potter Street? I stopped in the other day looking for a wiring harness and started talking to the guy. He tried to sell my his business. He is a nice guy, he was in a couple of my classes back in the day (highschool). Anyways, his shop space is not bad and the showroom has tons of potential without having any fixtures installed. I thought out it, but I am not sure on the market, nor do I have the capital necessary to get started.

Anyways, the building space is really good.

I am really just looking for space to work on a couple of cars at a time. I am not really trying to open a buisness. Where at in Delaware is it? My old shop was in the Deltaplex on London Rd. Do you know off hand how big it is?

ya know, Ive heard that tony still owns the ffi building and has a few things left in there. Weaver is his brother in law and might be able to hook you up.

The place I believe he was talking about is off of Potter Street. Basically, head out Central Ave. going east (towards I-71) from downtown. Cross SR-42 (Lake Street) right before the train tracks were Robinson Flower Shop is in the old Train Station. The first street once you cross Central Ave is Potter St. It is right on the corner of Potter St. and Central in a brick building.

Garage area is only one car wide, however, it is probably 2-3 or so cars deep. I do not know any details of price for the lease and etc.
