the 2g turbo Exhaust is a perfect match for your 2G NT. and it is considered one of the first mods you should do.

The 2G turbo exhaust bolts right up without any mod, and it sounds and flows pretty good for a stocker. I currently use it--paired with a motorized "cutout."

ight, im bring back this thread for like one question. im probabily goin to go ahead and get the stock gst exhaust. now if were to get a different muffler, would it sound good or bad? thats about it, thanks

The sound will depend on the design of the muffler that you will get. Are thinking about getting something like a Flowmaster or one of those "univeral" types? The mid section exhaust part of an n/a and a gs-t's exhaust is nearly identical. The difference in the tone is from the rear section--the muffler. I've tried bolting on my stock GS muffler to a gs-t mid section and the sound is not as deep as the stock gs-t's. The higher flowing gs-t muffler made the difference. :)

my friend had a cat back pipe with a universal magnaflow 2.5 in, 2.5 out and it sounded great. deep :)

im making it have another come back once again. whats the stock size of a gst exhaust pipes to n/t pipes. im just lazy right now and don't wanna look it up. i think it 2 1/4 for gst and 2 for the n/t. clarify if im right or wrong. thanks

i'm fairly sure its not bigger than 2". its really restrictive for the turbo guys but for you it will be a nice upgrade. and the turbo muffler has a better sound to it

I think outside diameter is 2.25"

I still have my stock 2g exhaust...here's the deal...

The bolts were rusted on it at the end and had to be cut off. It could easily be welded back together and fixed...it's just sitting around my place in the way...I would rather see someone get some use out of it...anyone who wants it...come and get it ASAP
