PIAA foglight wiring question

Well, the car I bought, has PIAA foglights, but whoever had the car ripped all the wiring out except for the power switch :cuss (which still has an LED that lights up) and the main harness. The harness say PL5F and, well, have any of you wired a set of these up? Not having any instructions sucks, and well I'm sure they'd look good if I can get them to work.
