My DSM bible is failing me right now.

The ECU on an NT is right behind the driver side headlight. It's encased in an aluminum cover, and it's mounted vertically, between the relay/fuse box and the battery. You'll see two harnesses from it ;)

TCU should be in the console area. Check in Volume 3 (electronics) paper edition or Volume 2 in backup form--under sensor/component locations or something.
