ight, i just picked up a stock gst exhaust up fomr turbotln (sp) and well, i attempted to put it on today. well the threading isn't there where the bolts where, and there is still some bolts left in some places. i couldn't get the bolts about of his exhaust and just can't figure out what im goin do. i really wanna avoid an exhaust shop, but i might have to go. soooooo if you know of a place that would take mine off and through on the gst one that would be nice. if not, give me some suggestion on how to get the bolts out and get some threading in the other places. thanks a lot boys and girls.
p.s. i tried wd40, next im goin try pb blaster.

if you happen to have a torch laying around you can heat up the bolts and then break them loose. and by the way its pb blaster :thumb

either use a cutting torch or a dremel tool. they will come out, trust me. just takes time. make sure you have a good pair of googles and plenty of the good dremel cutting disc's. i layed under jakes care outside in the light rain and did it, it can be done. just takes patience.

Get a set of Dremel diamond grinding discs from Harbor Freight. Comes in a set of 4 or 6. They might have them at the local store. These discs will also come in handy the next time you try to grind down hardened bolts. You can't cut hardened steel with regular metal cutting saw blades.
Note that these discs are made of diamonds bonded to a steel disc - unlike regular Dremel discs which are just a thin wafer of grinding material which shatter whenever you put the slightest strain on them.
