I had the muffler shop in Gahanna (on Hamilton next to the Wesbanco I think it is a Tuffy) build an exhaust system for my Mustang about 3 weeks ago. I had them put on a Dynomax cat-back system that they had to do some bending on to get it to fit around my suspension. I also had them weld up a Dr. Gas X pipe (that was in like 10 pieces). Since I provided all of the parts I only had a labor charge $200. They do build custom systems I just do not know how much they charge for parts.

Can that place on Hamilton handle SS pipes and weld in SS?
I think it would be crappy to have all the welds rust away after a year on nice SS pipes.

All of my pipes where stainless steel. I do not know what they used to weld with and since it has only been three weeks there is no rust. Best bet give them a call and they will let you know. I do know that they install Borla systems, I would be amazed if what they used to weld with rusted. Maybe someone on the forum knows a lot about welding, and can help with an answer.

well, since we are talking about exhaust.. would it be a good idea at all to have 2 pipes come down from the headers and bent in front of the rear tires.. kinda like the GT500, but on the eclipse? More of a show thing I guess.. Other than that, I have heard good things about Tuffy and custom work. good, good things

I've had good luck with Exhaust Systems Plus on my Merkur. They fabricate from scratch. I got a 3" with muffler (not including downpipe) for under $200 made from scratch. Its your typical old guy hotrod shop in a shady part of town but they do OK work and have 3" pipes in stock.
