I took my Supra in yeterday to get some 295/35-18 Yoko AVS Sports put on the rear. The fronts were okay, so I just had them rotate the tires (directional tires, so they had to take the tire off of the wheel to rotate them).
Well, they damaged my BBS RSIIs, which aren't cheap. Take a look:

There's no way they could say this was previous damage, so they admitted to their mistake, and ordered another wheel for me. Should be here next week. That's cool.
BUT... after I got off work that day, I noticed that my rear wheel was damaged in the same manner, just not as extreme, along with a small dent on another wheel.
As soon as I noticed the other damage on other wheels, I called the shop. It was after 6, so they were closed. I called first thing this morning, and let them know. Their first response was that they didn't cause any more damage to other wheels, and any additional damage was already there.
I told them that that was clearly not the case by looking at it, and I'd be there in 10 minutes to show them. Here you go:

They tried to tell me that was already there, and that they pointed it out to me before hand. I said no way! What they pointed out to me is in the picture below, which is clearly an impact with a curb. I told them that I knew about that.

Then I pointed back to the damage they did and told them it was clearly NOT from a curb, and whatever caused it is the SAME THING that happened to the front wheel. That's very easy to see in person.
Then they went on to say that the damage from the curb was probably related to the damage I pointed out. ::flashback... He tried this on the phone too before I took the car there. I explained to him that wasn't the case, since they are on OPPOSITE sites of the wheel. ::back to present... Now, in person, he was trying to say that was still posible. The picture below shows that there is no way.

They refused to take responsibility for the rear wheel. So, I will be contacting my lawyer this weekend, and the manager of the Poe Ave. store Monday.
