What i need from you is this. Copy this list and reply with what size you need, continue doing so until the list if full with everyones size. I know that not everyone will want a white shirt so i'm going to talk w/ the business about our color options and how it would affect pricing and eta for completion. Those members that have a basic membership will be receiving this at a reduced cost. If your a premium member and require more than just your free shirt please indicate beside the size of your shirt how many you need EXTRA. If there are no numbers there i assume you just want your free shirt. I'd like to make this call by the end of the week so if you notice a friend of yours who has not updated the list please try to get ahold of them. Also if you are not on this list and wish to be please add yourself in the space provided.

This is what i'm looking for. Also the t-shirt is a 2004 benefit. If your name is not on the list its because I have not received your dues(according to the updated member list in the members section). I posted those members who have renewed or paid in 2004 and are eligible for the free shirt. If you are currently a premium member paid until sometime in 2004 and intend on renewing your membership then you have one of two options. Pay early and your membership will go from 1 yr from the ending date on the current list or you can choose to only pay for the cost of the shirt at this current time and have the amount deducted from your dues when it comes time.

Well your money paid for a shirt so if you'd like you can give it to someone, maybe someone who drives a 2gnt :cool j/k. Any how I talked w/ Dave at Kingston and Friday at 1 is the date. I'm filling out the purchase order and i'll know exactly what we're looking at for cost of production. He gave me a ball park based on a quantity discount so if you want a shirt please speak up. The shirts will be pre shrunk 100% cotton.

Concerning the file, i spoke with him and he prefers an Abobe Illistrator File or anything he calls "camera ready art". Can some of you graphic art junkies give us a hand??? I need this done by the time i'm heading in to see him. Gracias.
