turn signal problem

my right hand side turn signals aren't working, but when try to use them my CEL flickers and so does my new tacho. i think it mite be a short. but i have no clue.

ofcourse, but atleast i keep it sumwhat hidden. i ain't all about the tach bein mounted up where everyone can see. the funny thing is, half the time i don't even use the damn lite.
