PLEASE HELP..my cars acting weird

My car has been hard to start lately, but i get it started.. then it loses power. Since i got it started and ran a lot its been starting good. But my power locks and windows will not work. I checked the fuses and they are fine. But still no luck with the locks or windows. Im a little confused about it. So PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Go have the alt. checked. maybe take a look at the alt. 80amp fuse.

winter owns DSMs.

I have the same problem but its probably my:

Lack of emissions
Lack of fuel pressure solenoid
Lack of coolant lines to my TB sensor
Lack of honeycombs in my MAS
Poorly seated O-ring Fuel pump housing.

If you have any of those, that could contribute to it
