Where did this hole come from?

So I decided to do my 2nd oil change (just hit 1000 miles) and I'm laying under the car checking things out as my oil drains....and I see this perfectly round shaped hole (looking like someone took a drill bit threw it) in my waste gate....wtf?
Any idea's on this? Am I loosing boost or could that be a leak for me?

a hole in the wastegate would mean what guys? will that really hurt anything? im too sure on that one....

no idea where that would come from, or even if it's supposed to be there, never looked before. But if it leaks, it would probably cause the wastegate to open earlier, meaning less boost. Could also cause a slight boost leak, seeing that the vacuum line runs from the compressor housing to the WG actuator.

Yep, it suppose to be there I guess...I peaked under Justin's car last night, he had one, and Shummy called and said so does his.... :p Well, at least we learned something new hehe
