i might swing by to observe or crank some wrenches, i can at least pull a tranny, i dont know about installing an LSD. But I have to see if my gf is working, she usually does on the weekends

It shouldn't be too hard provided you've had a tranny apart before. If not just take your time and take pictures and stuff if need be to remember how it goes. Also, help is nice, but when too many hands get into the pot things get misplaced and disorganized quickly, not a good idea with a bunch of little parts that you're not familiar with.
