So after running a boost leak test, checking all the vacum lines, and general tool throwing, I find out I have no bcs on my car. Now I'm not a genious( clearly ) but I thought not having a bcs on the car would make more boost? Please point me in the right direction. thanks

mine fell off...... the bcs is a boost controler. without it you would run the stock wastegate psi which is 8 psi....if you want to hav more psi just hook a vac line to ur wastegate.....get ready for lots of fuel cut fun

stock t-25 the max i would say to run safely all day long is 15 to 16psi..but can be turned up for the track but it does not good b/c the t-25 falls on its face after like 5grand..14b has its limits i belive but they can go alot farther seeing that some dsm's w/ 14b's are in the 12's but im running 17psi daily on my 14b and turn it up at the track to like 20 befor i hit fuel cut..but i never hit fuel cut / my t-25 so i don't know that ?

your wastegate spring is a 7-8 psi spring. if you go directly from a boost source (turbo outlet) you will only get 7 psi.
Now. if you go thru your BCS you will get stock boost of 11-12 psi. you want to have 15-16...get a el cheapo manual boost controller.

JP is correct. The BCS acts as a boost controller, regulating the pressure seen by the wastegate.
The BCS that was on that car I *think* ended up on Sam's car because his broke out at my house, and Dan let him have it.

Well Bryan if you want that controler back I know where it is.....Last time if I remember, Sam said that he was going to borrow it from me and get me another one asap. And this was when it was still sitting at Jeff's mom's and dad's house like in the mid summer........
