DIN fitted switch panel

Lets say a kid was putting in some stuff that might use switches.... and while he was at the shootout he noticed a number of cars that had DIN fitted switch plates.

Are there after market ones available if this person decided to buy one in leu of making one?

I would think this kid could find something at a stereo shop. Places such as this use blank kits to fill the second half of a double DIN opening when installing aftermarket head units and such.
