almost, but not quite. :) That's like using a lightened stock flywheel rather than an aluminum one. But the rice factor, that's why I said if the price was low enough. It's not worth it to me right now unless I can get it really cheap. Then, it's functional rice. That I can handle.

Really got a good look at the targa top this weekend, but didn't get a chance to talk to him about it. I was impressed that he did it himself, looked really good.

anyone know of a good place to buy the kevlar blend ones that are red and black mixed or even the ones that are all red? I know they are out there...just not sure of where or even where the BEST place would be.

Don't the new C5's , the comemorative addition or something like that, come with a painted CF hoods. with like red and white striped on a blue car.

i remember seeing a place online last year that if you buy a bumper cover (body kit) you could get as many free carbon fiber hoods as you want all you have to pay is shipping... ill try to find the link later, but that might be a good place to get alot of cheap ones... and if i remember right they had the preditor stye and oem, and an oem 1g too. just a thought

Also, back when they were having that "special" people were receiving their hoods and complaining that they didn't fit properly and where having a lot of problems with them....just a thought
