Weird noises

lately I've heard some rubbing/scraping noises when I turn the wheel more than half-way. I can also feel slight vibration when it does this sometimes. I already had the control arm/ball joint recall fixed a year ago, so it cant be that again can it? I was wondering if anyone else has this problem or knows what it is...

could maybe be the tie rid ends as well...or as simple as a dust shield
if you replace the tie rod ends...get them from Advance (lifetime warantee)

if its not a tie rod then its got to be something in rack and pinon.
