their / there
Usage examples:
My car is over there on the side of the road.
There is a monster in my pants.
Why is their dog running loose and not tied up?
Their cat has been digging in our flower bed.
it's / its
"it's" is a contraction for "it is"
"its" is possessive (silly, this is not a plural)
Usage examples:
It's a long walk back to the car.
