Nice, looks roomy. I'd say if I were to buy a truck i'd have to get a diesel and make sure it had 4wd. With all the home repairs i've been doing for the past 2 weeks I could really use one. The suv won't fit a 4 x 8 sheet of drywall in there :)

Nice...if I ever get another vehicle, I'd like to get a big 4x4 something to haul stuff.

Never said they were "better" just asked why he went with ford that is all.
i think i may lean towards the cummin's diesel. the name envokes power and superiority, that is about all i know on the difference's of the two.

Drive a Dodge, or Chevy, and then step into the Ford and you'll know why I chose the F-150. It's the best looking in and out, and probably the best engineered 1/2 ton truck ever. The Nissan Titan is probably the best competiton for it, but I would never buy an import truck. Every GM vehicle we've ever owned, or that I've been in has been nothing but a rattle trap. I'm a Ford guy at heart so I can't say that I'm not biased a little bit, but here's the link to a great little video comparing some of the engineering between the full size 1/2 ton trucks available.

You're right, GM has the best engineering department around. Their technology is top notch.

Why dont you go ahead and explain the recall since its so horrible? And im sure everyone of gm's vehicles off the production line are perfect:rolleyes:
The last recall that I know of was done to the diesel was an ecu flash which actually took away some power.
Point being not one manufactur hasnt had a recall. end of story
As with all vehicles is a matter of preference and everynew gm/dodge I have been in ride like complete shit...........So I'll just stik with my Fords

DAMN! Testy are we? The recall was for the cruise control module shorting out and bursting into flames.
