Looking for a cheap car (not a WTB post)

I tried autotrader.com but they didn't have anything in my $1,200 price range. Are there any better websites? I'm not looking for a sports car, just a family type car or a mini-van. I know $1,200 is not a lot but then again I'm not too pressed about it anyway.

So does anyonw know of any other sites other then autotrader or EGay?

I went and looked at that yesterday. That car is TOTALED! the frame is bent, the passenger side got hit so hard the Front Airbags deployed. There is also a hole in the roof.

Well it didn't have to be a civic persay. just something similar. Yeah I didn't figure I would find exactly a civic. At least with an engine, doors and tires. :-)

the auto trannies in accents usually go out shortly after hitting 100k miles in it. if you get it be ready to swap it

www.cars.com this place is all the local newspaper listings. i have used it many times. you can find cars cheap, because its just like the paper. just my 2 cents
