Ok I am using the standard 3000gt bov that came with the hrc kit. Not sure if it would be fine to go with a different bov when i am not going to be running more than 7 psi for the moment. Any suggestions on types of bov's?

HKS SSQ is always a great performer. It would be my first choice. You prefer function over form or vise versa?

If you don't plan to turn up the boost much, then that VR4 bov should be good. A good upgrade to that would be a 1G bov that you could probably grab for about $10 from someone; but, if you want something fancier, the HKS piece is quite popular. I personally have the Greddy Type-S. It gives off a tight psssh sound.

Anyone got or heard the new greddy type rs?
