ok well i finally helped my car out a bit
im rather embarrased to say how but it was the engine collant seemed to have been absolutely gone.
its running a bit better just i still have a small well smaller than before oil leak so im going to try to find that.
i bought degreaser damn that stuff is work in it self to work with. starter fluid with.. some kinda chemical i dont rember what kind did way better even gave a chrome look to parts

anyway i think my thermostat is probably stuck or broken now so i think im going to need a new one but where is it and how can i find out? are they expensive? hard to replace myself i would think it would be easy to replace

ok well i think thats all the trouble for now at least

you live close man...give me a call..i by no means am a 4g63 tech but i know where the thermostat is and how to replace it...unless your car ends up being like brians then it should be a 15 min. fix

You can pick up a thermostat at Auto Zone, Advanced Auto, etc... Try and find one in the 160*-180* range.

And unless you have had that oil leak before... you might have overheated the car and warped the head causing your head gasket to blow and for you to leak oil.

I know this, it happened to me :rolleyes

With his tweaked compression in that one cyl, a head gasket isn't out of the question.
