wires comming out of where the cooland goes.
now are the wires actually suppose to be connected or useed to check temp.
i noticed the glass on the wire and wasguessing thats y it may check temp.
so are the wires suppose to beconnected to something or just pushed up in there for the temp?

You are probably talking about the coolant level sensor.
There is a floaty devide in the resovoir and the wires leave the bottom and connecto t aharness on the car.

At least on the 1G's.

2g's it's just a sensor at the bottom, I think. I don't believe there is a float.
