Need Forum type help.

I have to set-up a forum for work now and I do not knwo the first thign about setting one up. could someone please help me with the following..

what software is used
what are the costs involved
what are the hardware requirements

If there is a good resource to find this stuff if the Web-Admin ere could help that would be super. Thanks

search out vBulletin.... If i remember correctly some SQL/PHP may be required....

Hey Insane, I drove by you today on main street. I didn't get a chance to wave or nothing but I wasnt in the DSM anyway.
