went to MCIR today, ran the 1g for the first time. i told you guys it felt good. first run i missed 2nd hardcore style and went 14.39 @100.00, #2 saw a sideways spinning launch but recorded a 13.39 @101. 3rd run was my best, posted below. and the 4th run i really wanted to break the barrier, but missed 2nd real bad and went 16.95 @93mph.

run #3
rt-.609
60ft-1.77
330-5.32
1/8-8.300 @83.06mph
1/4-13.105 @102.99

all of this on 17psi, stock fuel w/250lph, and all stock intake and intercooler setup with 93 octane. looking for a 12 next week on race gas. :beer :booty

yea, and then there's mikey's 13.xx @ 113 :thumb that was a nice one. the left lane was horrible all nite, but i couldnt shift to 2nd in the rite lane at all. ALOT of streetcars and most were sport compacts. fastest street car was a turbo-t i believe, low 12 i think. fastest import was mikey

Im not seeing what's wrong with tin can's, who are we following now? tin can's with plastic rattleing around in them?

There is nothing wrong with gutting your 13yr old car. If anyone wanted to be wussy about gutted car's, drive your mom's car.

BTW, Sweet ass time Drew, I see 12's all day in that thing.

nothin wrong t'all with it. But when the newbies look at a (mostly) stock 1g running 13.1 it would make them sad.

It should also be noted though that despite baby drew's young age, he probably has more passes down the strip than all of us combined. The kid fuck can drive.

I'd expect times like those from ANY 1g running 17psi of boost.

Oh, BTW I hear that track is sweeeeet.

yeah I guess your right. After all, thats about what you shit was running with the sleeper 16. just joking!

An hour drive, AWD burnouts at the line, i heard of post finish line potholes, and country fuckers whispering racial slurs... besides that it was fantastic.

burnout, bog, or clutch toast... pick one and that was my launch.... i didn't cut better than a 2.0 sixty foot all night. weak sauce

14b-for eva yo. really that's not an astronomical time for drew, but it just further proves that the little guy can drive. He gets the ET with low MPH. My best on pump gas before i decided to feed the 14b race gas was ~13.25@101, full interior, AFC set at zeroes, and running about 17 psi.

and btw, gunner was being sarcastic.. i already talked to him about track conditions

I had an ok night. Usual low 13's. Check out this timeslip of my last run

rt- 1.771
60- .973
8th- 7.785
8mp 78.51
1/4 12.663
mph 102.73
wtf

Thats really wierd. If you reverse the rt, and 60 that that matches up to the ET. The 1/8th ET matches the end ET, but the 1/8th MPH is still way low for that time.

So it looks like it was consistently fucked up which I dont know how that would happen :confused

i think somehow the timers got offsetted by a second.. don't think about replacing your R/T with your 60ft, although it would look right

however if you add a second to everything.. it looks like a typical time slip, from what i've seen in comparison to dsmtires.org

rt- 1.771
60- 1.973
8th- 8.785
8mp 78.51
1/4- 13.663
mph 102.73

a typical 12.6 , 8th mile mph is mid to upper 80's... so this seems more feasible, a consistent change throughout the whole timeslip. sorry to crush your bubble

thanks dan, The best 60'ft time I could get was a 2.2 I guess time for some DR or some slicks. The next time you go up to national trails give me a call, I trying to get anthony to talk his dad into letting him take the sti to the track!
